ReplyDeleteGreat article. I think that delegation is a hidden gem. It's not something that you can be taught to do unless you just give it a try (or see how rewarding it can be for both parties!). Some of my most beloved interests and commitments sprung from leaders calling me out and asking me to help. Have a great time doing this with your students!
